A Boca Grande Christmas

Starting off at the annual Tree-Lighting Ceremony in the center of town, children from The Island School will tell the nativity story while volunteers from the Boca Grande Woman’s Club hand out home-baked treats. Local clergy will share a message of love and a leader of the Boca Grande community will light the tree. Christmas carols we all know and love will be performed by talented soloists and island singers. Then, following the tree lighting, everyone is invited to a Christmas Sing-Along at the Community Center outdoor pavilion. RPP performers lead this joyous holiday event singing some well-known songs and other songs you’ll quickly learn. Sponsored by the Boca Grande Woman’s Club and the Royal Palm Players, this promises to be one of the most memorable island celebrations ever. This event is free. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm. Sing along with your friends and neighbors as together we celebrate a grande Christmas, Boca Grande style. Don’t miss the fun.
